Scope

These terms apply to services provided by KYO Agency to professional clients.

Services

KYO Agency provides web development, cybersecurity, applied AI, systems integration, maintenance and technical consulting services.

Quotes and Orders

Each engagement is governed by a quote or commercial proposal. An order is confirmed by signature, written approval or payment of the stated deposit.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to start and the balance is invoiced against project milestones.

Intellectual Property

Specific deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. KYO retains its pre-existing tools, methods, generic components and know-how.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the engagement. An NDA can be signed before sensitive discussions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Casablanca after an attempt at amicable resolution.
